A private class allows a more focused and personalised practice.

In the Iyengar Yoga practice very refined corrections are suggested to the practitioner in order to make the yoga practice very safe, efficient and beneficial.

The aim is to find an ‘o r d e r’ in the body that allows the organs and the mind to settle.

The precise alignment of the body, as well as of the chakras system, will allow to release tensions feeling calmer, more centred, more open with others, more focused in the daily activities.

A private session allows to go deeper into the yoga practice and/or work specifically on personal needs and ailments.

Different ailments can be addressed by Iyengar Yoga practice.

In order to start you will need to have some props in your room:

  • A stable Zoom connection

  • 1 Sticky Yoga Mat

  • 3 Yoga Blankets

  • 2 Yoga Bricks (cork or wood)

  • 2 Yoga Belts

  • 1 Yoga Chair
