My whole life path has being intertwined with bodywork, artistic practises and the exploration of body-mind-soul connection in attempting to understand how life and human nature unfold and heal mine.

It has been a rough and bumpy road, but I survived and learned.

Having had this path I built an interest in helping others to anchor themselves in the present, not forgetting but integrating the past in order to move forward.

Many different studies, personal researches and experiences have taught me the complexity and the mystery of human beings.

I graduated in Motor Sciences in Italy and I had a long professional contemporary dance career in Italy, Belgium, UK. I learned and practised Thai Traditional Massage for several years after studies in Bangkok, where I spent some time.

After injuries I had to stop them both and I started my journey into my physical and mental healing process through Iyengar yoga, Meditation and vary different kind of therapies and healing techniques.

I deepened my Iyengar yoga studies in India and California.

Lately I completed a course in Initiatic Art Therapy®

at the Institute for Sensorimotor Art Therapy and school for Initiatic Art Therapy directed by Cornelia Elbrecht.

This course has opened the door to the power of expressive art modalities and where I could integrate my love for art and its healing power.

  • I keep teaching yoga. Since 2004 I taught groups, individual and workshops. Always finding the pleasure to adapt the practice to the present needs

and tailoring the class for individual needs in 1:1 sessions.

Now I also use expressive art modalities, which I named SensoriArt Healing.

I work with individuals choosing together the best modality for starting their healing process.

I respect personal needs and timing, investigating the individual universe made of body, memories, injuries and traumas that deviated the initial natural flow of life.

From there, with patience, we recompose the puzzle that have been fragmented and look at it with new eyes in order to move forward.

My practises can be done in English, Italian, French and Spanish.
